Our 2nd Home!We love The Barkley! We leave Chelsea there every time we go away and she has so much fun.It is truly her 2nd home. She loves to play in the day care and we love to watch her on the webcams. The facility is great, but the people are even better. The groomers were top-notch also. |
Pet HotelWe are from Massachusetts, but while visiting relatives, Sydney stayed at The Barkley a few times in 2007. Wow. What an amazing place. It looks like a Las Vegas hotel! But, even more than that, we have seen tons of kennels in our travels and nothing even comes close to the care and attention we got at the barkley. They just didnt leave her in a kennel all day. She got leash walked 4 times per day and played in the day care room with other dogs. The staff was a bit slow, but very courteous and thorough. I don't think the people (and dogs) of Cleveland realize how lucky they are to have such a wonderful place close by. |
liarsThis place is pretty on the outside, but I was very disappointed overall. The receptionist were terribly slow. When I asked about their "vet supervision" like they claim on this site, they do not have it. They have a vet there doing rehab but have nothing to do with the kennel, and they use the local E-clinic which is terrible, for problems. When I picked up my dog, it again took forever and they had forgotten to give my dog his meds while he was there. And when I watched on the webcams, my dog had poo in his cage for hours before anyone did anything. Never again. |
