Money.. It's All About The Money!*******************************************************************************I am 49 years old and have been going to the Airway Animal Clinic ever since I got my first Dog. For all this time I would have rated them a FIVE, but NO MORE!!!! I don't know if they are under new management or if they are trying to expand too fast, but it seems that now they care much more about the money and less about the animals! I see one reviewer says the waiting room is too small, well, it has been the same size as far back as I can remember, and it always worked out fine, you walked in and were seen in the order you got there, most of the time in under thirty minutes (unless you had an emergency, then they would see you right away). But now , in the last two years or so, AAC has decided to start taking appointments, instead of just having you walk-in and having your animal treated (which worked so well all those years). I believe this is the problem, they are trying to double up, walk-ins AND appointments at the same time?? I really don't know what the problem is , but the last THREE times I have been there I waited at least Two hours and up to Three and a half hours!! Recently when my Dog got sick with what looked like it could be because of the bad dog food, they told me they couldn't see her for over FIVE hours!!! UNEXCEPTABLE!! I am telling you , THEY NOW CARE MORE ABOUT THE MONEY THAN ABOUT THE ANIMALS!! Do I even need to say "I will never go there again." A company really has to mess up to lose a lifetime customer like me! I really can't believe they have changed so much, BUT THEY HAVE! If I could I would give them -5 posted: June 14th, 2007 |
Our vet....our mommy has taken us here ever since she got us... We love going for our vet visits ... the people are friendly and they love to see us come in for our visits.. they even give us a treat.... |
Great Vets and great pricesIf you want to go to a vet that treats you great and doesn't over charge you this is the place to go. The waiting room right now is a little small but they are updating and making a bigger waiting room. My mom has been taking her pets here for over 30 years.
