Horrible is the Word for this PlaceI agree about the nails also.. Although I've never seen them do anything to my Pedo I have noticed they aren't very nice and it seems I tell them time and time again DO NOT CUT PEDO'S NAILS ON AN ANGLE! They do it anyways. I've went there twice. Once for Christmas and that was the first time. It was okay but Pedo came back scared to death. Then again for Easter and they screwed up his nails.. I paid for an "Easter Package" That was a waste of money. It said they will smell like Marshmellows Uh NO! and they will get bows Uh NO! and a Charm.. Uh No.. and teeth brushed Uh NO! I will never go back.. Then they gave him to me he was covered in hair some his and some not. It was coming out like crazy it seemed like they did'nt blow dry his loose hair off! And yet again his nails were razor sharp and so I asked the lady like if she could redo them and she had the nerve to tell me after I spent 70 bucks that It would be extra! Nail clippingI would not recommend getting your dogs nails done here...I did, but only once! It traumatized my dog so bad, that I am convinced it has something to do with why it is virtually impossible to clip them now. Not only did they restain him, they muzzled him and "wrestled" him until I freaked out, and told them to give me my dog back! |
