“This is part of a county park that all dogs meet at - it is a small island that can only be accessed by 1 bridge so dogs run free there. Not really a designated dog park but tell that to the people and dogs who go there!”
Recently, the superintendent of the park installed a yellow mailbox for the "dog people" to store plastic bags for waste. Although it is posted that dogs are to be leashed, it is tollerated by authorities to allow dogs on the island to go leashless. Since the dogs have been regularly visiting, the crime on this island has virtually disappeared. |
