Great if you can wait!This is hands-down the best vet in Rochester. Drs. Balonek and Markell are down to earth, astute caring vets who always cut to the chase and get it right. They have on site animal rehab facilities for wildlife and the best prices anywhere-- even when the same surgical specialists come in as go elsewhere. I paid less than half for surgery here than I was going to pay at another highly regarded practice. Now here's the hitch: If you want to make an appointment or get a question answered, be prepared to spend the morning on the phone. I am not kidding. You will be on hold from the moment the phone is picked up, then wait for a tech, then wait for the tech to talk to a vet, then wait for the front desk again, then get put on hold again when they pick up. This is not an exaggeration. And even with an appointment you have to wait more often than not an hour to get in. When I started working full-time again I could not afford the time to come here anymore, but I have to say I am back for the quality of care and the low cost. |
East Ridge Animal HospitalI have been taking all my animals here for years. The doctors and staff are exceptional! Also, the prices for services are very acceptable. I definitely recommend this animal hospital. |
