We have had two wonderful experiences hereThe AMC diagnosed my brother's condition when three other facilities failed to after months of testing. I went there for a tumor care and the loving care I received from my oncologist Dr. Maria Camps as a simple consult was amazing. That was three years ago and I can still call her and she returns my Mom's call within the same day. She is a true angel on earth. |
A Complete DisasterThis place has a reputation of being the best animal hospital in New York. I can't imagine where that comes from. They failed to diagnose my dog with a very common bacterial infection in the eye, then prescribed a medication for life that was contradictory to what the prescription said, and it said not to be used for more than ten days. Long story short, my dog was blinded because of their malpractice, and in a way that is so terrible and heartbreaking to watch, I am still recovering from it three years later. I won't burden the reader of this review with a description that will haunt you for life. I'm suing them and won't ever step foot in that place again! I also make sure now to ask where my vets did their internships. If it was at AMC, I stay away from there too! |
