A Wonderful NFPThis is a not for profit that I send yearly donations to. I have attended a fundraiser at a trusttee's house in the Hamptons, and there met the president and a law enforcement office who works with a dog trained by inmates in the Puppies Behind Bars program. There were even some Labs there who are now bomb sniffers and seeing eye dogs. This is a commited group of people, the organization seems to be well run, everyone should check out their website and support the program if possible. |
