Five star home away from homeSpike loves sharing his room with other dogs his size. It's a constant party. The love and care given all dogs is constant. Wonderful staff members on the premise 24 hours a day. Great groomers keep Spike looking spiffy. It ain't cheap but the care given is worth every penny. |
Rude Staff at Paws in ChelseaIf you have any interest in you, or your pets, being treated with courtesy and respect I recommend that you do not use Paws in Chelsea (located at 145 West 24th Street). After being told that I could drop my cats off early, I was "greeted" by a rude, snippy, hostile employee who implied I was a liar and who left my cats sitting in their carriers on the floor in the lobby. She did not check them in or write down their names. I sat on edge for 45 minutes until I could call when the entire staff would be on-site to ensure that my cats had been attended to and had not continued to be neglected. I know that finding groomers who do cats is not easy. However, I recommend that you search far and wide before settling on Paws in Chelsea. |
