“Waggytail Rescue was borne out of the desire and passion of dog lovers who wanted to help the "unwanted" and abandoned small dogs of New York City. Most of the dogs we rescue are the ones that the City Shelters don't have the time or resources to rehabilitate, so that's where we come in!”
