“KittyKind is a not-for-profit, no-kill, all-volunteer cat rescue and adoption group. All of us at KittyKind have opened our hearts and homes to save thousands of cats from neglect or abuse. Every cat we rescue is given food, shelter, medical care, a safe place to lay his or her head and most importantly of all, a reason to purr. We always need volunteers to feed and care for the cats we have available for adoption at Petco at Broadway and 17th St. If you're interested in volunteering with us or fostering, please email kittykindcoordinator@yahoo.com or call 212-726-2652. Our cats for adoption are either at Petco or in foster care. To see them, come visit us at Petco in Union Square. Adoption reps are available after 6:00pm Mon-Fri and from 1:00-9:00pm on weekends. Or go to www.petfinder.com and search by our name: kittykind.”

Kind is just the beginning!

My foster mommy has fostered some of my friends and volunteered with KK for several months, and I cant say enough great things about them! They have great vets that take care of cats and kittens that are new, and the set-up at Petco, Union Square, serves as a great way to get the cats maximum exposure and increase their chances for adoption. The cats get wonderful care as well. I know from experience!!
