Clinically, the care is good, but...
They could really use some improvement in their people skills and bedside manner. They also seem to be primarily focused on their fees being paid up-front, and scheduling tests that do not lead to a diagnosis or treatment. When our lady's other cat was sick, they told her that he was at the end of his line without them even knowing for sure what was wrong with him, and wanted to schedule an ultra-sound for the next week even though they said that it would only tell if his liver was big, but not why. That would need a biopsy for more money. They also said that anything the did for him at that point would be palliative, and would not actually treat what was wrong with him. Very inflexible with payment arrangements, even though our lady has lived only a few blocks away for over 10 years, and has brought her other kitties to them before.
