Barklyn Heights was founded in 2001 when owner/operator, Christina Hernandez, began walking and sitting for her neighbor's two puppies, Max and Micky. Growing up in Brooklyn Heights, one of Christina's favorite things to do was just to walk around the historic brownstones and down the slate sidewalks. When paired with her love of animals, dogwalking was just a natural progression for her. ”
