What happened?

Sayrebrook is normally my vet but, I recently has a bad experience. I got Tango in Feb. and my normal Dr. (Dr. Chiosi) was not able to see me so I ended up getting a different doc. To be honest and I don't remember her name. I don't care to anyway for the way we were treated. Tango had been very itchy when I asked her questions about this she seemed to not care to look into this. She told me "he felt soapy" and scolded me for giving him a bath and another one a few weeks later. Even though I told her he had gone number and it was all over him. I simply washed it off. He was here for his first check up and she didn't even check him. She touched him said he felt soapy and then just shook her head yes or no when I asked questions. Then pushed a rabies shot even though he wasnt even ready yet. She called someone in to hold him for the shot because she didn't think I could handle holding a 4.5 lb dog. I paid 120 dollars for some lady to criticize me. Therefore, I guess my rating really applies to this woman only. Other then that the staff is friendly and Dr Chiosi is wonderful. So, please ask for him.
