A caring shelterThis shelter's volunteers work hard at taking care of the animals and giveing them the right forever home. Not only is there an application but they talk with you and if you give the wrong answer...nope. When someone is approved they take you around, talk about differnt personalities, needs and what would work with you. I have had kitties from there and they were wonderful. My brother just got a kitten from them and he and his daughter are in heaven. |
Grrreat place!They really care about their animals. And they do what they need to to insure the right home. My mommy had fostered a doggy named Kaylee. She adopted Kaylee out and the new owners ended up letting her loose on the streets after she had bite their child. She was picked up by animal control and brought to the shelter. She had bitten the animal control officer also. There was a gentleman that wanted to adopt Kaylee but the shelter refused as he has a foster child. A dog that has bite twice (not severe, but still!) should not be around children! |
