“Three Girls and a Rescue was founded in 2012 to help save animals from high kill shelters in NC. Three Girls and a Rescue's mission: 1) To help pair long and short term fosters with reputable rescues 2) Educate the public on serious topics such as health, behavior and bsl 3) Help promote adoption of animals we have helped save TGR works with various reputable rescue groups throughout the Carolina's and nationwide. We also rescue 11th hour dogs that are sponsored and adopted out by TGR. We focus on, but do not limit ourselves to "misunderstood" breeds, but will take any dog/puppy in the final moment if a rescue/foster is found. Also on very rare occasions we will help find homes for other animals such as mini potbelly pigs, cats and reptiles. ”
