“We are committed to the rescue and re-homing of Chihuahuas. We are a part of Australian Shepherd Rescue of St. Louis. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on shots, tested for heartworms and parasites, on heartworm and flea/tick preventative, and micro-chipped. Our adoption fee includes these costs as well as those of any other veterinary care that may be necessary. This may include surgeries, medical tests, dentals, etc. We do NOT have a location or facility. All of our Chihuahuas are in foster homes in the St. Louis area. Because of their personalities, Chihuahuas do not fare well in shelters. Thus, we make them a part of our families until they can find their own forever home. Please understand that this is a 100% volunteer based group. We have no employees, just wonderful people who give their time and devotion to this organization and to the community. If you have or know of a chihuahua that needs a home, please contact us. We DO accept owner or breeder relinquishments, stray chihuahuas, or any chihuahua that needs our help. ”
