Not Impressed

I'd taken my dog to Four Paws for a summer clip a couple of years ago. Being a bichon-poo, we still wanted her to be recognized for her breed(s)...but with less fluff for the summertime. They gave us what time to return to pick her up, and when we returned? Nothing. They hadn't even gotten around to grooming her yet...four hours later! They said that they would get to her right away, and that I could return in a couple of hours. I waited; I returned. To my horror, they brought her out--completely SHAVED! Even her feathery bichon tail, shaved right down to her pink skin!!! Grudgingly, I paid, seeing as they couldn't really add fluff back onto her. Then, when I got home, I saw that there was a big, 2-inch long cut on her right hip. That was the last time I ever took her to be groomed at Four Paws. The only reason I give this place a two is because they had fairly competitive pricing.
