“Exit on 28th Ave S from Hwy 62 and turn south. The dog park is at the end of the road on your right. It consists of 80 acres owned by the Metropolitan Airport Commission. The property is not entirely fenced in. No permit required, but there are no services provided. Owners must pick up after their dogs and take it with them for disposal off park grounds. ”
Always a great romp, guaranteed!The park is so big, there's so much to smell, lots of room to run amok! There are wooded areas and level ground, plus rolling hill, but stay out of the marsh - it's quicksandy in spots. |
MSP Airport Dog ParkMy favorite off leash park! The only negative is the noise but I must admit after I have been there for awhile I turn a "deaf ear". This park is huge and has a variety of terrain. Hu-mom loves all the trees, I love the tall grasses to run and weave through. Even at the busiest times you never feel crowded in or "enclosed"! |
