“Dog park is adjacent to soccer field between Lake of the Isles Parkway and Lake St. on the south end of Lake of the Isles. (W. 28th St. becomes Lake of the Isles Parkway.) One entrance to the dog park on Lake of the Isles parkway. Street parking only. ”
Fun!This is my park when my mom won't take me to Minnehaha. I always find friends to play with and the people are nice enough to pet me too. Lots of room to play fetch. Not only are the water bowls frequently filled, but tennis balls are often left for others to play with. |
Lake of the Isles off leash ParkThis is the closest off leash park near me. I like to go early morning or later and avoid the busiest times because once in awhile I have noticed some pups "truly run free" and their humans are oblivious to doggie etiquette and are more inclined to chat with other humans than really pay attention. It is a nice stop during our walks around the lakes. |
Lake of the Isles ParkThis is a pretty good park. There are always a lot of dogs around to play with and a lot of the owners bring water with them. There are water bowls available to be filled. The best part of the park is the little area in back. There aren't as many dogs back there, but there is definitely a lot to smell. The park is completely fenced in and there are a few benches available to sit on. posted: May 7th, 2007 |
