A true canine cafe!Lucky Lucy's changed ownership earlier this year (2007). The new owner, while not dishing out quite as many free samples of the chicken and cheese squirrels, is making several changes in an attempt to bring in new business, such as beginning to sell dog food. If she starts carrying a variety of brands, this may be a draw because there is nowhere in Federal Hill (walking distance) currently to buy high quality pet food. |
