They typically like to give very expensive injections without asking if we would like them first. Ellie was given an injection of Benadryl before her vaccination, and we weren't told about it until after the fact. Our bill after a very basic visit was almost $100. And Ellie was given too much worm medication which made her quite sick, and they weren't even certain that she needed it. They were also very pushy about fecal exams and wanting to worm her every single time we visited. I got the feeling that they were just wanting to get as much money from us as they could, not wanting to make sure that the dog was healthy.
Excellent emergency services!!!!
The doctors, nurses and techs are very professional and caring. They are open 24/7 ... holidays too. I found myself there at 3:00 AM one night it was amazing how effectively they jumped into action!!posted: September 4th, 2007
