Nice but OVERPRICED

While I was fostered we moved and went here because it was close to mommy and daddy's new house- but BOY was it expensive! My spay and teeth cleaning estimate was over $900- we got it done at VCA instead for under $300, and they were just as nice. At BRAC, everyone was kind and nice and remembered me, but the level of care was not quite up to par with the outrageous price. I want mommy and daddy to spend money on my toys instead! Wish we could still go there - we would if they had reasonable prices!

they were so good to me

I am 13 years old and I recently had to have all but two of my teeth removed. Mom had known it was coming for awhile but was VERY scared to have the surgery because of my age. The staff was very good to us. They sat with us and answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. The promised to take good care of me. When Mommy dropped me off for my surgery and said her good byes the staff again promised to take care of me. Gave mommy a special number to call any time to check on me. During they day they called mom 3 or 4 times to tell her how I was doing. When she picked me up I had peed myself and they took the time to clean me up. The Vet Tech told mommy what a good kitty I was and about me 'making biscuits' when I woke up after surgery. They had pictures from the surgery of my teeth that had to come out and sent her home will all sort of stuff. They made mommy feel better about her decision to remove the teeth and letting her know I was okay. Now I will return regularly for my yearly check ups. The Staff there are really good with pets. Mommy liked it because they talked to me and handled me with love and care. They don't treat me like i don't matter. Doctor Fanin is my doctor now. she laughed during y exam and told mom that I was so cute. She said I was soft like a bunny and had an abnormally short tail which made just that much cuter. The Vet Tech took me away for blood test and asked if I had my claws mommy laughs and said yes but he won't scratch you. I don't think the Vet tech believed her but when we got back she smile at mommy and said that I was no problem at all and I was just the sweetest kitty ever. Which Mommy already knew but it was nice to hear other people say it too.

My favorite vet.

Very welcoming by all the staff. I get tons of treats when I'm there. All the doctors are nice and treat me gently. Tours of the facility are given. My 6 month "fix" operation was a sucess there with NO pain.
