the only place for me

Dr. Lefranc is amazing! His prices are reasonable and his service is exceptional! Last summer I had my great dane fixed at a local facility. I was in clinicals for nursing school when my husband called and told me he had experienced a reaction to the anesthesia and that I needed to come to Columbus. When I arrived at this facility they brought Gunner out to me in dirty and looking horrible. His scrotum was HUGE! I asked if it needed to be looked at and they told me no, that it was infection and they'd give me some medications for it. I knew better! My sister said "take him to Lefranc" so we did. I walked in the door crying to hard to explain, Dr. Lefranc gave me a hug and assured me he would take care of my boy, not to worry, and that I could check on him any time. The office never got annoyed with my calls and kept me updated throughout the emergency surgery to correct the bleeding into the scrotum. They didn't even get upset when Gunner was feeling better, escaped from his pen, set off the alarm, and wreaked havoc on the office at 3 in the morning!! When I was finally able to pick him up and take him home, they brought him out to me clean, smelling, great, and feeling good! I've never had such a wonderful experience, and will never use another vet, even though I have to drive an hour to get to Dr. Lefranc!!!
