It's not as close to where I live as I'd like, but it's a lovely park. There's lots of room to run around and it's clean.

I love HAPPY TAILS!!

Mommy takes me here almost every month to play with all the other Chihuahuas in the Broward County Chihuahua Meetup group and there are a lot of US. We have lots of fun running, chasing, barking, sniffing, and just being a pack of Chis! The park has lots of shady trees, a pavillion, benches and room to roam and it is safe cuz the only way to get to the small dog area is thru the central courtyard, which is a "leash" area. Also the parking is really close which is good for my Mommy cuz sometimes she has problems walking! Hope to see y'all there one of these Sundays!

Bad Fencing

Something has to be done about the fencing. The fence in the smaller dog park is TOO HIGH off the grass. They cover some gaps with the use of some blocks, but there's still TONS of gaps. My dog had escaped through the fencing & onto the parking lot. She's a 15lb dog too. Thank God my dog didn't become an example for something to be done, but something needs to be done, before a dog gets killed. The reason for dog parks is for dogs to be offleash in a SECURE FENCED in area. Overall good park, but fencing needs to be fixed. Here's some videos of the others playing in the park anyways. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KIcBtJbXBYo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GJsqyeJp-0s http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LYzTKwSswwQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e-6ZSu8NgTo
