DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET AT THIS PLACE!!!DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET AT THIS PLACE!!! I had dropped off my dog with plenty of food, toys, and a big dog bed for three days during Memorial Day weekend and my dog came back with scratches on his nose, his food barely touched, and NO BED!! The place was closed for Memorial Day on Monday, so I called TWICE on Tuesday to inquire about the bed with promises of a call back and NO ONE returned my call. I called again today and spoke with the owner who told me that her staff are instructed not to take beds because dogs sleep on cots. I told her that I had asked two of her employees and both said that it was fine and took the bed!! She responded by saying that she was out of town and had no clue where the bed is, and that her next step is to call everyone who picked up dogs on Sunday. Come on!! No one is going to admit that they took something that wasn't theirs!! Never again! I'm putting a stop payment on my credit card until this matter is resolved. posted: May 27th, 2009 |
Feedback.Stopped by to see the area, this location is almost hidden within the plaza, but once seen very nice staff and fun place. :-) |
