Animal Shelters, Rescue Organizations
“Sheba and Boots were abandoned by their owner. They both had heartworm and both have been successfully treated for it. Baths were a new idea, and they do not like them much, but some things just have to be tolerated! They are quiet, not guard dogs or watch dogs. All they do is wag tails when someone comes to the door. Sheba is dominant, and should be in a home without another female dog. Boots is the quieter one. Sheba will go in hot pursuit of cats, so probably best not to have one. Both like to be walked and are good on the leash. Both have learned to sit on command. Shots are up to date”
for want of some cashIt's worth it to either lay out the cash or recue the animals & turn them over to an official liscenced group. This lady (while I'm sure her heart's in the right place) is only causing pets to end up in kill shelters. I hope she reads these reviews & gets her proper paperwork soon. |
no licenseMy mommy did some research on this listing and in our city a person is supposed to have a license to rescue animals or they are to turn them into animal control. My mommymade that mistake and the city took her to court and pressed charges against her. Mommy had to pay a $250 fine and turn all but 5 cats over to the animal control. So this person needs to get a license or not do this any more, because in the long run she will hurt animals without meaning to. |
