Great specialty care solid ER careWe have used many specialists here due to the chronic illnesses of our many rescues. They have been phenomenal. Knowledgable and compassionate. The Er service is less stellar. Long (and I mean looooooooong one night over 6 hours) waits. One night despite the fact that our three dogs had gotten into nails, Bakers chocolate and Tylenol we had to wait over an hour for an eval. Also our dog had torn her sutures following an eye surgery and they did a very very poor job of restitching. However, it is a clean and convenient hospital open 24 hours. Excellent care!Around the clock care for pets that are seriously ill/injured and need hospitalization. The specialists and staff are extremey knowlegable and offer great care. The best place to go for anyone in need of emergency care or in need of a specialist for a seriously ill pet. 1 pet found this review helpful |
All the bells and whistlesThis facilty has it all. They have the most up to date equipment. They are expensive, but I guess they have to be to pay for all that fancy stuff. I don't use them for routine stuff due to the cost, but in the event of an emergency or a specialist is needed, I can't imagine going anywhere else. 1 pet found this review helpful |
