Don't pay enough attentionI took all my dogs here for a long time. Mainly because they didn't use cages. My dogs have never used a cage because they are part of the family. I stopped taking my dogs there when they didn't notice a HUGE tick on my rough collies upper neck. We didn't notice it because of all his fur - he was having his coat thinned. As soon as he was home we noticed it because of his thinned coat. It was HUGE. They didn't notice it, and that is a bad move on their part. If we noticed it the second he was finished (literally), than they should have noticed it while they were grooming him. How can you brush, bathe, dry, and thin the coat and not notice a huge tick on his head/upper neck. |
