“STAY FAR WAY FROM DOGZ SALON & SPA, in Hintonburg on Wellington St!!! If you don't like the job that Brad, the "Master Groomer", does on your dog & you refuse to pay, he & his partner Tracy will accuse you of trying to bilk them & call the police on you!! They will accuse you of just using it as an excuse not to pay! They were not interested in hearing me out or have me show them what on my dog I didn't like. They treated me horribly, they insulted me & I have never experienced anything so traumatic by a "service" ever in my life. I've spoken to other doggy friends and apparently they're gaining a bad reputation for very poor service. These are awful people, so please, do yourself a favour & STAY FAR WAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! ”
HORRIBLE SERVICEThey are over priced and do a poor job. Untrained, rude and aggressive staff. To be honest I do not like the way they handled my dog (I could hear her screaming at him in the back and then she dragged him up front) My dog loves people and vets. It was definitely her that had a problem. She didn't finish grooming him and wanted to charge me $65 for his back being shaved. She messed up the schedule and tried to blame me. Overall nasty environment! |
IMPORTANT TO KNOW FOR YOUR PETTerrible place to go. Couple run business with low business ethic. Rarely ever open when they say they are going to be and very sporadic hours. Husband is the only decent groomer because he is the only one with any formal training. posted: October 5th, 2009 |
