Really awesome bathtubs and hoses. The service is super-friendly, too! Like Kiba said, every 10th wash is free! I'm pretty sure that they also give you a discount if you bring your own shampoo (which I do because of my sensitive skin), since all of my washes have been about $10, not including the blow-dryer.

comparable wash-your-own-dog, excellent for difficult bathers

For the most part, wash-your-own-dog facilities are fairly comparable in price and what they offer. Standard bath is $12, the building is always clean and the staff friendly. For difficult bathers, this is THE best. 1. The bathtubs are against the wall, allowing only one side for escape. 2. (almost)Any size dog can be secured in the tub with the ring mounted directly to the wall 3. rollaway stairs get your big dog in, but doesn't provide permanent escape 4. "hydrosurge" sprays water and soap on your dog easily and makes washing FAST. your $12 include shampoo, conditioner, towels, wash cloth, "bathing brush" - you can choose from about 6 shampoos and 2-3 conditioners. also available at extra charge: nail trimming, blower, groomer. frequent visitor plan rewards you with a free bath after 10 (I think) Overall, great place!
