“Separate fence for 30 pound and under and another one for over 30 pounds. Be careful, though, as the people with big dogs tend to put them in the small dog lot for some reason! And the staff is never on hand because of budget cuts! Brand new. One dog had kennel cough who showed up there, and exposed other dogs to it. Located at the North University City Library & Rec Center.”
