“Founded in 1968 by humane officer C. Richard Calore, we are a nonprofit, no kill cat shelter. We take in owner relinquished cats and kittens on a space available basis, and adopt them out to screened homes. We give the very best to our cats by utilizing staff, volunteers, and foster parents. Please come in and fill out an application first, and then the cats will be available to visit. If you decide to return another time, your application will be on file to use again. The adoption fee is $75 and includes spay/neuter, vaccines, and leukemia test. A vet visit and a carrier are also provided.”
