Vet CareI have not used the Pet Grooming at Amar Glen but have been blessed by the Vet service offered. My Abby had to have her eye removed due to severe glaucoma (at age 11) and the vet and staff were absolutely the best. They cared for Abby as though she were their pet baby. They also cared for me with TLC as I am such a cry baby when any of my petkids need medical attention. Abby is no worse for the wear and gets around fine, I guess it's because no one told her she is blind and she doesn't get any special treatment (yeah, right :-) . She gets around the house, inside and out, like a sighted dog and even goes for walks around the neighborhood and knows her people and animal friends without having to see them. Sometimes she "see's" them before I do and heads their way for a quick pat or sniff. She and Zorro both love the staff at Amar Glen and actually run in to the office to see who can get there first :-) I definitely recommend the vet services hands down. I am confident that the grooming services are just as good, there is always a long line of customers for grooming so you have to get in early. |
