“This is a wonderful place for simple grooming or long stays. Our puppy has enjoyed several extended stays and daycare experience, the journals they write about her experiences for the day.”

Think Twice

WOW we have had some questionable experiences at the Fresno location, and with some of the staff, our dog is our baby, and I only wish she could talk, I went to get her after a 2 night stay and honestly I could not get her leash on quick enough, and a greeting from her was out of the question, until she got into the car. I called to question a charge and was literally laughed at by the girl I was talking to, so my response was that her behavior was unprofessional and that they arent the only place in town where we can leave her. Our decission had already been made. One other time we left her for a one night stay and asked that her claws be cut, they did it but when we went to pick her up we were told they could never do that again, that she just screamed and yelped the whole time, this comment made my husbands stomache turn, I cut her claws all the time, never with problems that they said they encountered, 4 people to hold her down, come on, how experienced do you have to be to cut a dogs claws. Well need~less~to~say the next time we will be needing a place to board our precious puppy it will not be at the facility.
