“The local city/county shelter for Pell City and St. Clair County.”
Best shelter in the state!Mom hears all the time about how that shelter is the best in the state. The animals are happy, healthy, and the environment is as low-stress as possible. Although they do practice euthanasia, once an animal is put up for adoption, the only reason it is euthanized is if it becomes too stressed out or develops a medical problem that the shelter can't afford to treat. A wonderful shelter, please support! |
