Helping Pongo

Tuesday 12/14/04 was my first day of training with Pongo. He does need some obedience work, but was very receptive to my training. He loves to play with balls and I worked on "come" with him. He is a beautiful dog and has been in the shelter since July. He was adopted once but was returned because he has seperation anxiety and tore apart the couch on the first day. He should be crated when his new family is not home. I went back to the shelter today and took some pics of him. He is now up on petfinder. Once again, I am hoping for a Christmas Miracle. He is a sweet fellow and very handsome too.
Today, I made doggie Christmas cookies to bring to him. I am going to train one day a week with him until he finds a forever home!
