A Terrific Day!

Wow! So that was Father's Day! I hope that there are more days like that one. I once again got to eat meat to my little heart's content. My sis is a really good cook! Mommy and I got tired about midway through the festivities so we took a nap on Alissa and Alan's bed. Pretty comfy. It got me away from the little Princess who continues her biting on me. I was like, "o.k., I know this is your spread. Here are some treats, and we'll just stay in the car for a bit." She didn't give a hoot! Just kept up a constant yipping and yapping at me. We finally got out, and she bit me! At least Mason took up for me, and said,"bad dog, Princess, go away!"Made me feel a heckuva lot more welcome; I love that little guy. He played with me as nuch as possible. I also saw Rigo, one of my favs, and Little Anna. Little Alissa is not as scared of me now, and Little Lawreen actually fed me some chicken from her tiny hand. Josh took my leash and walked me for a ways in the woods. I like the woods in particular. It's easy to pretend that I'm hunting, and I'm with my pack.
I have noticed that Daddy likes me much more than he used to. He even took up for me when I finally bit Princess back! That was so cool!! I thought I'd be in BIG trouble, but he understood that when a female keeps biting a guy, it gets old.
We stayed for around 4 or 5 hours, just eating and taking it easy, playing with the short guys, and then we came home.
Home, my favorite part. Where I'm top dog. O.K., so I'm the only dog, but I'm still Top Dog there.
Til next time.
