Oh! Final exams for my beginner training class are next week! This week everybody treated their dogs like plates of food - they all passed us to the next person for loving and pets, then passed again. I think I was with... four or five different people! I was NOT amused!! What's the purpose of this? Are you trying to get me STOLEN, mama? Look how beautiful and wonderful I am! Anyone with half a mind would take me in a heartbeat! Mom swears she was watching me the whole time, but really I was watching HER the whole time! Playing with and acting foolish with other dogs! Mom is really a silly person.

After that psychological strain it was hard for me to focus. I am doing WAY better on my 'down' and am learning 'shake'! It is hard to do tricks for praise and not food, but if I'm fed I'll get used to it. We have to cram this week mom! I MUST pass my final exam! Do I have test anxiety? Do you? I might. Or, is that my mom? I have people anxiety! Ha!

On a better note, mom chased down a fellow German Shepherd she saw at the pet store! It was the first dog I have greeted and seen without snarling and snapping. You know why? I come from a pack of ten German Shepherds! Half white and half black & tan! This is my people here! I am comfortable with my people. It's those other weird looking dogs I don't know how to approach. They are so... not like a German Shepherd. They are unpredictable. Us shepherds, we have a mental connection with each other. I'm asking mom to find me some German Shepherd friends! They are my favorite!!
