I’m such a good dog. I’m kind, I’m sensitive, I’m affectionate, I’m fun. I’m a natural on the leash too, when we’re going fast! Yesterday I ran like the wind with mom on the bike, just the two of us, and today we went out on our own again! We took our usual path, about 2.3 miles. I wasn’t feeling like galloping, but she understood and we kept a nice pace. Shortly after we started the ride/run mom stopped and announced that I had been promoted! Wow! Just like that? She took off my pinch collar, put it in her pocket and attached the leash to my flat collar. Wow! I never pull and the pinch collar just makes a lot of noise. It was a different feeling, and she did have to tighten it up a little, but overall it’s proof that I’m excelling in the land of the Dugans!! After our ride/run I waited for her and Joey to exercise, then we all came inside and had a nap in the living room. We’re a very cohesive family. Dad had to work overnight last night and that made me and Joey extra aware of what was going on. it also made our bowels turn our poo into liquid again. Oh well, you can’t win ‘em all.
