Momma has been working on a quilt for the daybed for ages now. All the quilt squares are finished and sewn together, the batting and back have been basted so all that momma has to do is sew it all together, put on the bias tape and then she will be done. I tried to help momma as she was sewing by laying on the excess that was hanging off the sewing machine. Momma said she couldn't sew with me laying on the quilt so she moved me up to the daybed but I got back down and laid on top of the quilt again. Momma finally gave up, put the quilt away and played with me instead.
