Crossed over to the Rainbow

Today I had to say goodbye to my beloved Murphy. Mommy loves you so much and it was so hard to let you go but I know it was for the best. I believe you were handpicked for me to live your life as my doggie soul mate. I will always remember how loving and sweet you were, the way you perked your ears up, the way you rubbed underneath me feeling good, how emotional you were and knew what I was saying, how you loved to sun yourself until you were so hot and panting, the way you talked to us by grunting, how you loved hot clothes fresh out of the laundry, how you hated blowing in your face and the coffee grinder, your cute carrot tail and the way it wagged and mostly the smell behind your ears. I know it was your time to go so mommy has let you go over the rainbow. Run free in the beautiful meadows and be at peace my Bubby. May God take you in his arms and comfort you until one day mommy is with you. I love you my sweet sweet Murphy!

When I got you I loved you. As you grew I loved you even more. You have always been the sweetest boy and this is why you have been my favorite. I love the way you perk up your ears, the way you rub underneath me feeling good, the way you curl up with us in bed, the emotion you show, the pet peeves you have, how you love to sun yourself until you are hot and panting, your grunting, the love you give our family and the small kisses you give. You are my doggie soul mate and been there for me all these years. If it's your time to go, I will let you go. May God take you in his arms and comfort you until mommy is with you in heaven one day. I love you my sweet sweet Murphy.

Been Awhile

I know it's been a while since I've been able to do any dairy entries. We have been sooo busy! Well mommy has been very busy. She has started doing westie rescue back in June so we have had 23 rescues! I have made a lot of friends! I now have a new westie sister. She is 3 yrs old and keeps me very active. Mommy thinks it's good for me since I got a little lazy. But I love playing with her. She loves to rub her butt in to me to tell me she wants to play and then we get rough and tough! Two westies large and in charge! Westies Rule!!! Happy Holidays!

Someone is in my house!

I'm not sure what is going on but there is another dog in my house. My mommy won't let me see it but i can smell it and then we have to go in to the bedroom sometimes. I hear her talking about a sick westie that has heartworms. She said last night that we have to wait a few weeks to be around him. I hope he gets better so i can play with him soon!

OH BOY!!!!

We finally moved in to our new house! I love it! The back yard is so huge! My sister and I love to chase each other and play. Maybe my mommy will put some pictures up with us in our new house.
The only bad thing is that daddy doesn't come home for lunch anymore so we have to wait and wait for mommy to come home. Then I get so excited! I love my mommy so much!

We went to my grandma and grandpa's house the other day and had lots of fun! Wallace is getting bigger and bigger every week so now he can keep up with me. He likes to play all the time! I start to get tired b/c I'm not a spring chicken anymore. I'm going to be 5 next week. That means I'll be 35 in dog years...middle age life.....

YEAH! My mommy did surgery on my new turkey. Now I can play with him again and carry him around everywhere I go! I love him! Last night he got a little rip again so mommy has to do some more surgery on him. Hopefully he will hold up for a long time.

The day in the life of the Murphy Dog

I had a wonderful Christmas and got lots of new toys. My grammie got me a stuffed turkey that gobbles. I love it so much and have to take it everywhere I go...even to go pee. It cannot go out of sight! But last night I was playing with my daddy and my turkey ripped and his insides are falling out. My mommy took it away from me so she can do surgery on him but I'm very sad. :( I can't wait until he is all better!!!!!
