Since the last time I posted I went to PT with mom twice and got to go to the barn. I'm an old pro at PT now and even let Kris pet me:) Mom also took us to the barn and it was a beautiful day and we had lots of fun. We went to visit with grandma too. I was suppose to go see my friend Joe at Manor Care cause it was his birthday, but everyone on the floor in his area was sick so mom couldn't take the chance of getting sick herself, not with having surgery recently.

Speaking of, mom is doing much better. She still has some swelling, but her range of motion is getting closer. The only bad part of all this is that mom has to go back to work soon:( I liked having mom home all the time. Oh well, I know in the real world moms and dads have to work so us doggies can be spoiled rotten!

One night mom was packing all of our toys, food and bowls and I knew something was up. Mom and dad left early last Saturday morning and it wasn't until later that day when Brett picked up me and Echo that I knew mom and dad weren't coming back in the next couple of days.

We stayed with Brett and Chelsea and I had a good time. I didn't eat much, but then again, whenever mom was gone I never do. Chelsea took us for lots of walks and we got to go visit her mom and brother too. I tried to be a good girl since Echo was kind of being a pain. I could tell Brett was getting a little upset cause Echo was piddling all over when she got excited. At least we got to sleep in the room with Brett. We didn't sleep on the bed, but I was okay with that cause I don't sleep on the bed much at home anyway. Only in the morning when mom gets up I'll jump up and cuddle a little. Brett said mom and dad are coming home tomorrow and I love Brett and Chelsea, but I can't wait to see mom! I hate when she goes places without us. It's been a long time since she went without us. Mom and dad went to California to see my Ali and her husband Jan and their new baby Emilie. I'm sure I'll get to meet Emilie one of these days and I can't wait cause I love kids! Anyway, I enjoyed being with Brett and Chelsea and hope if mom goes somewhere we dogs can't go, that he'll keep us again. I think I'm safe, but Echo, I don't know about that!

I'm not sure what's on tap for when mom and dad come home tomorrow, but if anything happens, I'll be sure to let you know. Until then, stay safe and have a good one!
