A sad Christmas.

Such a sad Christmas Day. We just got word that our LuckyLucy's furMom, Sheba, went to the Bridge today. She was approximately 14 1/2 yrs. Like our Lucy, Cancer never got the best of Sheba. She saved that for all who know and love her.

When we adopted LuckyLucy into the Chicago Crew through As Good As Gold--Golden Retriever Rescue of Northern Illinois, AGaG placed Sheba as a house dog at a Sunrise Assisted Living facility. We were, and are, so proud of Lucy's doggy Mom. Please drop by her page at
