Arrival Story: I always wanted a beagle...After my beloved Tristi (17 yr) passed away I decided that it was time to get a canine companion. Lucy is one of a litter of five (4 females, 1 male). She was the first one to come to me when I entered the room.

I've been away frum my dogster duties fur a few days. I had no typist, I even asked gwanpa to log in but he refused. Don't hoomans know dat we pups haf a social life!
My secermetary has been busy wif work, house work and da howlidays prepawations.
And being da gud pup dat I am I've been helping mommy wiff all da wurk.
We cleaned da outside of da house, cleaned da windows, did da gardening, touched up da paint.
ZZZZzzzz Lucy pokes the typist to wake up...
Changed da curtains in da libing woom, redecowated da baffwoom...I dunno why???? hoomans---obssesed wif cleaning and preping up da house.
We also got da chwistmas decowations and wights fur da twee.
Started chwistmas shopping and gif making...
Da big bird is in da house. Da taters are keeping it company. And all da ingwedients fur da pie are in da kitchen. mmm mmm mmm I can't wait until turkey day.
Anypaws pups yu get da picfur. Mommy has been playing Susie homemaker dis days. I wonder when we will finish - - I'm even gedding tired wiff all da wurk.

Mommy is cunsidewing getting a sisfur to keep me company. She says dat pups need to haf a sisfur or brofur.
Wif so many choices mom doesn't know what tu get. She said dat it may happen next spring, but being so picky she says she's doing weseawch ahead of time.
She is finking either a houndie (another beagley or daschund) or a terrier (mini schnauzer or scottie).
As fur me I weally don't cawe which one she gets. As long as I remain mom's number one pup.
