Well last Friday was my 1st crossing day Anniversary. It's hard to believe it's been a whole year already that i have been at the bridge. I miss my forever family so much just as much as my pawrents miss me this holiday season. I was watching over my pawrents Friday and everyday to come. Mom and dad wish they could hold me, pet me, play fetch in the backyard, and go for walks like we used too, but mom and dad knows i'm here in spirit, and that i have had a wonderful nine years with them. Bear says he wishes we could have met when i was on earth and so do i. We could have played tug of war and a whole bunch of fun things. I will love you always mom and dad and my wonderful brother Bear and wuffs all my wonderful furiends here on Dogster always.

Mom has a poem to share with you all just in time for christmas that touches her heart dearly.

CHRISTMAS WITHOUT MY DOG
The tree is all trimmed.
The gifts are all wrapped.
The hymns are all sung,
Ant the travel plans mapped.

And still there's a sadness
That lies in your heart,
For a dog that was lost
And a love now apart.

A stocking is missing,
With toys and a treat.
A lap is now empty,
A space at your feet.

Yet remember this season
God's small gift to you,
Wonderful memories
To treasure life through.

OMD, Oscar that is such a perfect poem for this time of year. Mom wants to borrow it to post on our angel fur's pages. Did your mom write it? It sure made our mom cry. She's missing Sheba & Spike more than ever and it will be her first Christmas without them. Big hugs to you.

Hi my great furiends! Thank you so much you all! We are so glad you like this poem. My pawrents and i thought it was a beautiful poem for this time of year too. It reminds my pawrents so much of me this christmas because it is they're second christmas without me too.
