Arrival Story:
Jasmine was rescued from a shelter in Kentucky by the wonderful people at Bluegrass Basset Rescue. She had been dropped by her owners because she threw up twice in a months time in their house. Bluegrass Basset Rescue did not have any fosters homes available. Those nice people are over run with basset hounds! An email was sent out to a basset group asking if anyone would be a forever foster for this beautiful girl. I volunteered and Jasmine began her journey from Kentucky to Nashville TN, to Orange, VA.
Bio:
She arrived May 10, 2008 and what a wonderful early Mother's Day present she turned out to be! Jasmine acts as though she has been here forever. She's very sweet on Dinny and tolerates Penny well, which is surprising because puppies tend to get on a seniors nerves!
