A trip to the Vets :(

Today hasn't been a good day, Mummy had noticed yesterday that i had a strange looking lump right in the the crease behind my ear. So today she rang the vets : o (in which we needed to change anyway due to moving house) So i saw her on the phone and within 40 mins she was getting my lead on and her boots... i though i was going off on a walk so went along with it running up the stairs tapping my tootsies in excitement hehe

Once we arrived and were waiting in the bright room i met a nice big GSD whom i wanted to play with :D Then a tall man came over and called my name, me being me i was wary as i dont like strangers too much but we all followed him into the small room. As soon as the door was closed he grabbed me and that was when it happened.... i did a pee-pee all over him!! :o It was rather embarrassing both fur me & mummy! BOL! I guess it served him right though fur picking me up???

Well the story cut short is that last week when i went to my groomers the lady cut my ear without telling mummy!! :o Now it is all scabby and infected, its also real sore to touch. Mummy is very upset & angry that the groomer didn't even have the decency to tell us or help me and is adiment that im not going anywhere near her!! The vet gave mummy some cream to put on twice everyday :( She also has these pawsome gloves which im dying to get hold off hehehe I did get a tasty chicken treat out of it though ;) but im in no hurry of going back there BOL (Which is next Thursday)

Good Boy week 8

Well i have had quite the busy week, on Sunday last weekend Me & Tyler went to a novelty dog show... It was sooo much fun it was held by our training class CCEG so there was a few familiar faces there :D Mummy entered me into a few shows... Best youngster (Under 2), Best condition & Male with the most appeal. Unfurtuantly i was not placed, there were so many nice doggies who entered the classes about 40! So it was a very hard chioce fur the judges. It was a very fun day though and i really enjoyed meeting all the new pups & having a good ole sniff hehe

Then on Wednesday 6th i had a bad day....It was GROOMING time :o I cannot stand going there, but mummy says it has to be done, fur my sake as i will get completley matted Grrr having a long lucious wooly coat sure has its disadvantages BOL! Anyway as soon as we arrived i started shaking & trembling like a leaf *Blushes* Mummy kept saying how awful she felt as i was really scared usually i yelp out fur mum but this time i seemed real scared, so she was worried BOL! All that seemed to pay off as when i was done mummy had bought me a new Mr.Duckie & some yummy hot dogs which i LOVE!! I think i will do the same next time ;) I feel so much more livley & energetic it definitly feels good to not be panting all the while! hehe

OK on to Today.... I did extremley well at training :D Plus mummy got some new chicken treats they have 95% meat and they are really stinky! Just what i like hehe!! We just did the usual like before, im very good at the STOP command. Then after we had a quick go on the Agility i zoomed up the dog walk and OMD.... i even jumped the wide jumps!!!! :o *Does the Happy Dance* The humans found it hilarious as when i jumped i looked like a flying squirrel as i had all my legs stretched right out as if i was one BOL! Mummy was so pleased with me!

Its My Gotcha Day!

Boy doesn't time fly by, it's already been a year since i arrived to my furever loving home. It still feels like yesterday when Mum took me home in the car fur what seemed like hours! Well anyways back to now ;)

Its week 6 into my training class, and as usual i had so much fun. We are now officially in the Juniors class but today Anita was away on holiday, so we had a new trainer called Jan to train us all and OMD my new best furiend Bonnie was moved up so she is now in the class too! Me & Her are so adorable together, while we were wating and the humans were chatting i tried to have a little play with her but those darn leads were in the way :( Grrr! Well most of the training was the same stuff as before apart from i wasn't as good with the heeling as last week, but Mummy is still proud as i was still better than usual! hehe

After training and when we was home, Mummy brang out a new toy especially fur me.... i knew i had seen her stuff it in a bag yesterday! BOL I absolutley love that as it has a really high pitched squeaker that sounds abit like a bird :D

Also i would like to Thank all my kind furiends that wished me a Happy gotcha Day and sent gifts, im so lucky to have such wonderfur pals!!

Good Boy week 5

OMD i was a little star this week! Mummy is ever so proud!
*Does the Happy Dance*

Fur the first time it was a sunny morning which gave mummy hope that i would be better behaved... i seem to get real hyper when im drenched BOL! When we arrived it was yet again very busy with loads of fun pups walking left right and centre so once we had paid Alan told us to stay in the Juinors class that we moved up to last week :)

The first thing we did was practice heel, i was actually rather good this time which totally shocked mummy as usually im all over the place and she has to bend down to get me in the correct position but she didn't even do that once! After that we tried sit stays & down stays which i was perfect at, i did not move once ....no chance when mummy has all that tasty cheese! hehe After the stays we had to all get into a circle and weave in between the other dogs while keeping focused on our owners, i did occasionally glance at the pups walking by me but never moved or lunged to go play and when it was my turn to weave past i just followed mummy doing rather well at heeling if i say so myself :) Last up we learnt Stop again where mummy has to start playing around with me & then she raises her arm up high and shouts stop.... i did excellent at that too BOL!

So all in all the class was brilliant i had so much fun, plus mummy was really pleased with the progress i made since last week but that wasn't it.....

Me & Tyler tried having a few goes on all the Agility Equipment apart from the HUGE A-Frame & tunnel. I first tried the dog walk and flied up that and even let Auntie Louise take a piccy ;) then the narrow dog walk. Plus i even had a go at jumping some of the jumps and i managed to do the third one!! :o Then it was through the tire jump which i finally learnt, then the weaves which i was better at than ever. I also jumped up on the little table and sat fur mummy and lastly i conquered the See-Saw without any hesitation i flew up it and back down with out any sign of cautiouness nor was i scared!!

I cant wait until next week so i can continue on the Agility Equipment hehe :D

Happy Bunny Day!

Woo-Hoo its Easter Sunday! I hope all you pups had a nice day... Mine was pretty good apart from a little incident towards the end but i'll get to that later ;)

Yesterday i went to my Training Class it was pretty nice weather compared to the last 2 times BOL Well i feel like a big boy as Me & Tyler were moved up to the Juinor class :D *Does the Happy Dance* I must admit though it did seem a bit advanced fur my liking as im still only learning heel BOL! We first practised on that in which Anita (Our new trainer) told mummy not to bend over to get to my height... Alan told her too hehe So of course i was not very good doing it that way but i guess i'll soon get the hang of it. Then we had to weave in & out of the other dogs whilst sitting in a circle i did pretty well with that and kept my eyes on mummy & the CHEESE hehe. Last up we learnt Stop which was when Mummy had to get me all riled up & playing then lift her hand up and shout Stop i was very good at that so Mummy was proud hehe Hopefully with a lot of practise this week i will be a tinsy bit better at heeling BOL :D

OK so as fur today Me, Missy, Tyler, Mummy & Auntie Louise all went fur a really long and tiring walk it was great fun... it was a new walk where there was loads of new & intereseting smells i even rolled in a few stinkies.... 3 times! :o But once i got back i had to have a dreadful bath :(

Once i was all dried off Mummy noticed i was acting strange so, her first though was maybe i had a bit of thistel stuck in my fur from the walk so she checked me over and noticed inside my back pad there was a sore looking lump, It was completley drenched from me licking it constantly to soothe it..... Thankfully after a few good hours it seems that the lump/spot has settled down so hopefully that is the end of it BOL!

Hope The Easter Bunny visited all you pups... He did me i got a doggy Easter Eggie :D

Training School! Week 3

This Morning it was a little drizly but Thankfully no where near as bad as last week BOL By the time we arrived at Training the sun was shining down on all us pups! :D

It was another busy class, well over 30 pups there. One in perticular i liked very much.... her name was Bonnie and her owner is rather fond of me as she thinks Me & Bonnie look alot like each other our fur feels exactly the same BOL she is a very pretty Lhasa i always get asked if im mixed with those hehe

Well first up we just concentrated on some heel work which went well, then the general stuff like sit, down, finish and stand. When the obedience part was done a few of the remaining pups tried the Agility... OMD i did so well i went up the dog walk much better than last week i did it 3 times, then we tried a jump there was no way i was going to jump over that so in the end Alan put it down completley so all i had to do was step over it BOL It still felt like it was too high fur me! :D After that we tried the tire jump which Alan gave me a boost with BOL I just put my front paws up then he lifted me through ... how embarrasing all the other pups were watching me!! I wasn't too good with the weaves but i did well at sitting by the gate waiting until mummy got through!

All in all it was another successful training class and Mum is real proud hehe

Training School!

On Saturday the weather was dreadful mum thought that training might have been cancelled but Nope it wasn't hehe Only a few pups were there, certaintly not like last week. I did not reconize any of the pups but we did meet a cute Weimaraner called Bella she was very boistrous and excited to meet Me & Tyler :D As was I.

First off we catched up on our heel work... in the pouring rain which made it rather difficult fur Mum BOL After that we just did a few Sits, Downs and waits. Mum was yet again really proud hehe

After our lesson Mum tried me on the Agility equipment like the weaves and Bridge thing (I furgot the name) BOL!! :D I didn't like that at first but then Mum changed the treat to CHEESE so of course i will do absolutley anything fur that ;)

All in all it was another successful traning class we got another week to practise the Hankie trick :D Woo-Hoo i already can do it now!
