Likes: Anything with Mom and Dad especially going out on the boat.
Pet-Peeves: Mom putting on Bosco's K9 bomber jacket. She also hated thunderstorms.
Favorite Toy: Any type of ball, especially a blue one with a bell in it (tennis ball size)
Favorite Food: Anything that was in the treat category.
Favorite Walk: Bosco and Mom walked all over town. There is a local park that Bosco loved.
Best Tricks: Sit pretty, roll over, speak, anything that involved ball playing.
Arrival Story: Bosco came into Mom and Dad's life on December 13, 1990. She was a Christmas present for Mom as a surprise. It was not long that Bosco became a great family member. She was a fantastic dog and pet.
Bio: Bosco was about ten weeks old when she came to live in Connecticut. Bosco was born in Denison, Iowa and made the trip to a pet store in Maine. She then traveled to Connecticut where Dad found her at the local pet store and brought her home. Bosco was extremely intelligent. Sometimes Mom felt she was a little "too smart."
Bosco had the ability to create games that involved playing ball. Her favorite ball was a blue one the size of a tennis ball that had a bell in it. She also had a basketball, soccer ball, a ball with mice and cheese that squeaked and any other type of ball imaginable. One time she even had tried to pick up a bowling ball and could not understand why she couldn't carry it in her mouth.

Bosco loved to go out in the boat with Mom and Dad. Mom and Dad have a folbot (folding boat that can be taken apart and put together). Whenever there were outings on the boat Mom or Dad would put on Bosco's life jacket. At first she would try to shake the life jacket off but it did not take her long to get used to the idea that the life jacket involved going in the boat. Mom and Dad are safety conscious when it comes to any boating activities. Bosco even had a tennis ball to play with after going out on the boat. She loved going after the ball and bringing it back to Mom and Dad. She was not the best swimmer because she had her own unique style of swimming.
Bosco lived a long and happy life. She was born October 1, 1990. She lived with Mom and Dad until she made her trip to schnauzer paradise on March 11, 2006. Bosco is missed very much especially by Mom.
Mom just checked my dogster page and was pleasantly surprised that I have 113 bones on my page. Since we don't know who sent them we will thank all our pup pals at Dogster and HQ. We love Dogster!
I was tagged by my friend Foxy. Ok pals, here's how it goes. You write down 7 cool, neat or weird facts about yourself and then you tag 7 other pals. Simple right?
Ok, here are 7 facts about me:
1. When we would go out on the boat, I would be the first to jump in.
2. I was taught to sing Happy Birthday.
3. If I had one wish, it would be to play ball 24/7.
4. I didn't like to go out in the rain, but I loved going out in the snow.
5. Mom has all of my license tags, ID tags and rabies tags.
6. I have so many bandanas that if they were sewed together they would make a small blanket (49).
7. I loved posing for the camera. Mom thinks I was very photogenic.
Mom and I are not going to tag anyone because this is a little late. But if anyone wants to play it's fine with me.
Mom has been busy with schoolwork and also doing a blog for my younger sister, Hershey and "Aunt" Kaci. But she is taking some time for me today.
Today would have been my 18th birthday if I was still with Mom and Dad. But I told Mom that even though I like it up here in heaven I love and miss both her and Dad so much!
