Recollections on Mommy's Day

I love hearing stories about how we found our mommies. I rescued my mommy from a broken heart. One day just a few months ago, I got a telly-gram from heaven. It was from my big sissy Winnie Wiggles and she had just arrived at the Bridge. As soon as I read Wiggley's telly-gram, I knew exactly what needed to be done. I packed my bags and my favorite leopard snuggley pillow and put it into my tiny crate and had my driver (Auntie Louise) take me straightaway to the house of Hounds in Flower Mound.

My name was Angel then. Mommy thought she wasn't ready to open her heart to a new baby girl so soon, but I had my marching orders from Wiggles, and if you ever met my sissy Wiggles, you know that she doesn't take No for an answer! So I pranced and played and waggled my tail and gave my mommy big kisses and wriggled my way right into her heart just like that. *snaps paw toes*

And the rest is history. Now it's my job to wake mommy every morning 2 or 3 times for brekkie time and to give her kisses and jump on her head, just like Sissy Wiggles used to do. Thank goodness for little miracles like us little puggies and snortydogs. What on earth would our mommies do without us?
