Growing up with dogs, we have always wanted a dog of our own. When we moved into our new home in March, 2004 Marley moved in a week later. The house would not be the same without her.

When my mom and dad got married this summer, I was the center of attention. I got a bone pillow with flowers tied on my collar and got to carry the rings down the aisle. (They were only fake rings because everyone was worried that I would lose them!). A lot of pictures were taken of me and my mom and dad looked so proud! There were so many people to say hi to and it was such a fun day!

Whenever mom and dad go out to the store (whether it's the pet store or the people food store) they always bring me back treats and toys. I have so many right now that I don't know what to do with all of them!! Mommy keeps them in the crate by the fireplace so I can take them out one at a time and bring them around to people. I heard her joking that they should teach me to put them back! I know how to do that, I just don't want to! Don't tell them! I like it when my toys are everywhere and I can just walk around and chew on them at random. But what I really wanted to say was, "Thanks for all the toys and treats!"

Well, when Carrie left for work this morning I thought it was going to be a typical day. Ryan is out of town so certainly Betty Jo or Paula would be stopping by to visit.
So 9am came and went. I had already eaten ALL of the peanut butter out of my bone. My chewies were all gone too. I was waiting and had to go to the bathroom really bad...
Ok, maybe my visitor is coming at noon. Nope. No one at noon either! AND the house started to get really HOT!
Finally, at around 3:30pm Carrie made it home! I was SO happy to see her I was doing my best jumps and spins for puppy chow. And I finally got to go to the bathroom.
Now, I'm terrorizing the house because I have all kinds of puppy energy from my long day in my crate! Watch out Carrie! Maybe she''ll take me for a walk...
